Favorite BGSU Memory
My first memory involves Fall Break trips that my roommate and I took instead of the typical Spring Break trip. We saved up our summer work money and bought cheap plane tickets to see friends who went to schools in other states. It gave us a much needed break in the middle of the semester and helped us see what schools were like in other parts of the country. My second memory occurred during my summer as an Orientation Leader. Summer in Bowling Green is simply amazing! I loved living in the residence halls and helping new students and their families get acquainted with BGSU. Plus, I met my beautiful girlfriend during this time!

Biggest Piece of Advice for Incoming Freshmen
Take calculated risks. Whether it’s meeting someone new, joining a club or organization, or finally trying sushi for the first time, take risks that set you up for success and help you grow as an individual. And prop your door open while you’re in your room! You never know who you’ll meet or what random things you’ll see go by!
