Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Theatre)
with a Specialization in Musical Theatre

Dear Prospective Student,

Thank you for your interest in the BAC in Theatre degree with a Specialization in Musical Theatre here at Bowling Green State University! We feel that with a broad base of liberal arts courses along with training in acting, dance and musical theatre vocal performance, we have one of the most unique musical theatre programs in the country.

You will, however, need to audition for our program. We have auditions here at BGSU three times each academic year. This year, they will be Friday, November 15, 2019 (check-in time 8:30-8:55am), Saturday, January 25, 2020 (check-in time 8:30-8:55am), and Saturday, April 11, 2020 (check-in time8:30-8:55am). Please view the audition requirements and fill out the on-line audition reservation form to schedule your audition. Important: If you live more than 250 miles away and choose to submit recorded audition materials, we strongly recommend that you submit those materials through
