A Financial Camp for Kids

Cost: $150 per session

Falcon Millionaires is a week-long financial literacy day camp held at Bowling Green State University. This camp teaches the importance of personal finances. The curriculum is aligned with the middle grades content standards in financial literacy and career development as mandated by the Ohio Department of Education. Topics covered during camp:

  • Investing
  • Banking
  • Budgeting
  • Career/Business Development
  • Interviewing Techniques
  • Philanthropy
  • Networking
  • Entrepreneurship

Sessions will be held June 12th–16th & June 26th–30th. Camp registration is $150 per camper, which includes a t-shirt, flash-drive of the week's activities, field trips to local businesses, the opportunity to interact with entrepreneurs, and a Visa/debit card to teach budgeting and allow students to purchase lunches and snacks for the week. Students must be entering the 8th or 9th grade in Fall 2017 to attend.
