Undergraduate Audition Reservation Form

The BGSU College of Musical Arts is no longer accepting audition reservations for Fall 2017.

Fall 2018 Applicants: The audition reservation form for new freshmen & transfer students who plan to attend BGSU beginning fall 2018 will be available by mid-August, 2017.

Spring 2018 Applicants: New students & current BGSU students who plan to change their major to a College of Musical Arts program beginning spring 2018 should contact musicadmissions@bgsu.edu for further instructions, in addition to completing the audition reservation form when available in mid-August, 2017.
